Ushan Thomas serves as the Manager and Operations Head of BTB, overseeing the complete functioning of the organization with a hands-on, execution driven approach. He is responsible for end to end operations, ensuring that every department, process, and workflow within BTB operates smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
At BTB, Mr Thomas plays a central leadership role, acting as the primary point of coordination between management, sales, marketing, training, compliance, and external partners. From daily operations to long-term planning, he ensures that all moving parts of the business are structured, scalable, and performance-oriented.
